Motherhood has always presented many challenges but the necessity for women to measure up to the demands of changing society has often led women to reject, delay, or consider motherhood as a second-best choice. Catholic Mothers was set up as a forum where the joys and challenges of motherhood and of padding in the Faith are valued and discussed in a Catholic context.
Chiara Finaldi was a speaker at the “Sharing the Church’s Story” online event, hosted by SmartCatholics & Catholic Voices.
Chiara Finaldi is a wife, a mother of seven, a catechist, and a blogger from London, England. In 2015, she founded Catholic Mothers, an international online community where women can share the joys and sorrows of motherhood and receive support and guidance through the teachings given to us by our Mother Church. She is the creator and publisher of the Catholic Mothers Planner and readily welcomes new projects that aid fellow Catholic families in the passing of the Faith. She enjoys ‘wasting’ time with her husband and their seven children, and delights in the gift of an enormous extended family where music and good food are never lacking.

When was the last time you were asked a tough question about the Catholic faith? Did you wish that you could have shared the Church’s story with confidence?
On April 17, 2021, Catholic Voices and Smart Catholics teamed up to help laymen and women everywhere to share the Church’s story with charity and clarity.
