Welcome to the ‘Renewed Hope’ Conference! Dominic de Souza is the founder of SmartCatholics.
A Renewed Hope 2020 Conference:
https://smartcatholics.com/a-renewed-hope/
After greeting you, he shares how a personal moment of failure in his past spurred a change in how he lives his Catholic identity, and why we all need to rediscover the energy and excitement that Christ brings to us in the modern world. Filled with stories and bold ideas, he deeply believes that we are heirs to a smart and beautiful heritage. It must inform our confidence in the truth, our willingness to be magnetic witnesses, and our own love for being alive.
We all hope you enjoy this conference weekend! Please visit the Speaker profiles to learn more about them, and support them any way you can – sign up, connect with them on social, or join their donor programs.

Whitepaper by ActsXXIX (Re-Imagining What a Catholic Parish Can Be: A Destination for the 21st Century)
Discussion: What do you think about this ‘charism’ that many Catholics are called to discover?
Event comments:
Christina: God Bless you Dominic for this platform, absolutely blessed by the messages from the wonderful and gifted speakers. Definitely feeling a Renewed Hope at the moment.
Rose: I liked your theme: “Checked out Catholic? Check Back In!” THANK you for giving us an opportunity to come together to “Check Back In” with focus and even fun!
Lawrence: That’s actually a wonderful story and I can only imagine that it was the work of providence that allow that situation to happen as early as it did… Here we are now!
Laura: I love your reference to the Saints… my brief encounter with JP2 made me a different person! All I can say is SO TRUE my Friend, so true!
Monica: Dominic, I know exactly how you felt when you were explaining how you overheard the young men behind you talking about Catholicism. You want to interject your thoughts, feelings with others, but we tend to keep silent for fear of interfering with the conversation, maybe we won’t be able to support our feeling, or become embarrassed. It’s hard not to speak up. I think when we become comfortable in our Catholic faith and want to share our love of God and His Son Jesus Christ, there won’t be anymore ‘keeping our mouths shut.’ We will step up and add our voice in those types of conversations! Thank you for organizing this conference! God Bless!
