βIf a family is centered on Christ,” Pope Francis teaches us, “he will unify and illumine its entire life.β Your life will be simple and beautiful if you listen to Jesus himself who tells you he is “the only thing necessary.” (Lk 10:42)

Welcome Letter from Dr Raul Nidoy
The happiest life there is!
Deep down, we all long for a life of peace, harmony, and the greatest happinessβfor ourselves and for our family.
Jesus wants to give us this life, not just in heaven but in this present life! Now, in the midst of this material worldβwhether in a pandemic or after it. (cf. Mk 10:29-30)
But why are so many missing out on this happiest life?
Why are there so manyβeven Catholicsβsuffering from anxiety, drugs, porn, and worse? Why are so many Catholics not living their lives to the fullest?
Our problem is simple: Weβre lost and off-center.Β We have lost a simple truth: There is only one name by which we are saved: Jesus. (Acts 4:12)
God made man himself has stressed that βonly one thing is necessary.β (Lk 10:42) Mary has left us only one advice: βDo whatever he tells you.β (Jn 2:5)
The great Popes of our century, after deep prayer and study over the worldβs situation, all share the same solution. If we learn to focus like them, we can see the same springtime.
- St. Pope John Paul II said that the program for the new millenniumβand for all timeββhas its center in Christ himself, who is to be known, loved and imitated.β
- Pope Benedict XVI wrote three books about Jesus and explained why: βEverything depends on intimate friendship with Jesus.β
- Pope Francis opened his pontificate with these words: βAll together, pastors and faithful, we will make an effort to respond faithfully to the eternal mission: to bring Jesus Christ to humanity, and to lead humanity to an encounter with Jesus Christ.β
He asks us: βIs Jesus Christ at the center of my life?β
We all need to go back to basics.
You’re invited to join us in following the call of Jesus, Mary and the Popes of our millennium.
Jesus-Centered Life: An International Family Conference brings together top Catholic experts who will show you the sure way.Β Not just more opinion-based ways. They will enlighten and inspire you based on the Catechism of the Catholic Church, declared by John Paul II as βa sure norm for teaching the faith.β
You will enjoy humor, stories and real-life experiences of Catholics and their families, Jesus-Centered Life will inspire you to receive in your daily life what God has promised: βthe fullness of life and joy in him.β (cf. Col 2:10; Jn 15:11)

Support a Catholic mission
This event supports a Pontifical Mission.
Sister Claudine houses and educates 300 students at a primary school in the village of Ambatolahy in Madagascar. She and the other Sisters of St. John the Baptist rescue these little ones from the very real threat of human trafficking – and provide them with an education.
In Asia, 6 million children receive an education from Religious Sisters in more than 15,000 Church-run elementary schools.

Be a Magnetic Catholic!
Lonely Catholics risk becoming bystanders.
We needΒ to regroup, make friends, and turn into first-responders! The SmartCatholics community helps us be magnetic Catholics in the modern world.Β
If this is your first time hearing about SmartCatholics, read theΒ About PageΒ to learn more.
We’re a mission Church, united to Pope Francisβ call to bring the joy of the Gospel to every corner of the world – starting with ourselves.
Catholic brands we love:
Why you should join this community:
We need somewhere online that’s ours, where we can
- Uplift and inspire each other, and make new friends
- Swap stories and ideas (not just advice!)
- Be free of toxicity, trolls, and ads. (Bye bye, Facebook. We love you, but…)
We need more than just information. We need insights we can trust. We need friendship to help us live lives of hope and meaning.
Who this community is not for:
For any community to mean something and take action, there must be focus. And our community exists for a clear goal: unity, friendship, and formation.
Pope Francis is a source of unity for us. Please don’t enter if you reject Pope Francis and the 2nd Vatican Council, thrive on impending apocalyptic prophecies, polarized politics, and constant argument.Β
There are plenty of other groups out there for you! Discussion on all topics is welcome, but bad manners aren’t. Ever. Offenders are warned or removed.Β God love you!
"I wanted to see what [SmartCatholics] was about, as I love being Catholic and all about Catholicism."
“I was actually surprised at the warmth and spirituality of the messages and people on it. Itβs keeping me closer to God.
I used to always go on Facebook but now itβs very shallow compared to SC. So I think itβs providence me being on SC! Itβs what Iβve been searching for and has brought me home!”
Paula E.
"I have been doing a ton of poking around on Smart Catholics today and this is what I see. "
βWe are all united in Christ with many different abilities that make this platform beautiful. We have the recruiters, prayer warriors, counselors, technicians, comforters, teachers, and students.
“Many different branches coming and going back to the main source just like the Celtic symbolβ¦ Dominic, you have created something beautiful.β
Melinda K.
"This initiative is really cool
“I am impressed by the quality and range of discussion and the app is quite versatile and user friendly. Keep going; this is a contemporary way to engage Catholics to come forward! Awesome work!” Adam P.
