Malcolm Schluenderfritz is the host of ‘Happy Are You Poor’, a blog and podcast about radical Christian community as a means of evangelization. A former traditionalist who rejoined the mainstream Church. Malcolm realized that traditionalism is deeply flawed and is not the right answer to the crisis in the US Catholic Church. During this transition, he had to rethink everything he thought he knew about the Faith, and question all his past assumptions. Along the way, he learned that unity is the organizing principle of the Faith, and that this unity should be lived out in community. He also realized that Christian community and voluntary poverty are two sides of the same coin, and that the absence of both is seriously damaging US Catholicism. WEBSITE
